The mini pc CMRS23 replace the computer in the network RS23 to manage access and unloaders.It's  possible load into the mini Pc,through software,the client contract,to allow or to notallow the access.The clients transfer are store into micro Pc,with hour and access if it's at payment.With mini pc CMRS23,

we give : the manage program,the supply cable end the cable to connect to computer.The program allow to create client cards(it's necessary to have reader \ programmer WS01/02),reload microchip CH1,load the contract and unload

transfers,from mini Pc memory.Beside you can see the cards expenses of all clients.
