                   FUNCTION
After you have connect the interface Rs23, you must program the number of access to assign,for this operation.You must move switchs as scheme along side
(the RS23 must not in line).
When you turn on the interface RS23 this asks the manage code at the computer and the yellow led WAIT turn on until the operation is not end(the access program must load).If you insert the service Chip(red chip),the interface Rs23 ask the manage code.the cable for the   
serial connection to use is UTP CATEGORIA 5.
